Four Case Studies
This episode on what’s called MBE, Managed By Example. That’s a fancy word for doing what you see or read in case studies. I want everybody to go to IncomeStore.com. I want you to click on How It Works. You are going to see a page on our website that has a brand new blue ribbon that has four case studies where one of our technicians, one of our developers and programmers speaks into a microphone with screenshots. It shows a website that we either built or bought, how much it was making a few years ago when we built it or bought it, how much it’s making now and exactly what moves, what marketing methods, what tips, what techniques, what did we deploy and employ in each website. What’s cool about these videos, it’s not a salesperson, it’s not me talking. It’s not a member of our staff that’s trying to move a piece of business.
There’s no pricing. What’s cool is you can’t buy this from us anyway because we’re not an agency. We don’t work on other people’s websites. You can truly watch these in good confidence saying, “This is what Ken’s team is doing to move their $50,000 to $5 million website. This is what’s working now.” Here’s what’s cool about these videos. They’re a little bit high level. If you don’t have a lot of website or internet marketing experience, I will urge you to get maybe a marketing intern from college or your current SEO firm or just somebody that knows how to move a website online to watch them with you.Manage by example. Because of the four videos, I have to believe there are two to five nuggets somewhere in those four videos that you can have an a-ha moment. Look to your marketing guy and say, “Please do that.” For this episode, jump on IncomeStore.com, click on How it Works. Go to the blue ribbon, look for the four case studies and watch them. You can manage by example. You can use case study evidence of what’s working now and you can R&D it. You can rip it off and duplicate it. I hope that helps. Take care.
